Absolutely disgusted with the conduct of an employee with this business, and the business’s response to the matterA mistake was made where my address was put down instead of someone else’s - no biggie. The mistake didn’t bother me, it’s easily done and easily fixed.What absolutely floored me was when I arrived home to see my side gate wide open (I have a dog behind that gate too) and this man was swapping our gas cylinder. When I calmly went up to introduce myself and tell him that we had not requested our gas to be swapped, this man just about bit my head off. Horrendously rude, swearing, insulting my personal appearance, trying to intimidate me and scare me and making very clear he did not care at all.To make matters worse, when I called the company to tell them what had happened and make a complaint, they immediately knew who I was referring to (clearly problematic) and belittled me. Unaccountable, unacceptable, disgusting and appalling.
