Absolutely wonderful. Couldn't have hoped for better.The storage facility itself ticked all the boxes... No pun intended. There were plenty of size options, the lockers were all empty with walls and roofs, lockable and the whole place was very clean. The pricing was very competitive. The location was great and easily accessible.But the cherry on top of your storage experience is the effervescent staff who go out of their way to help you find the right solution and make sure you feel right at home. They were responsive, helpful and friendly and very polite.Anyone who says customer service is dead in Australia should do themselves a favour and get over to Storage King Burleigh Heads.Would definitely recommend.

Great service these days is hard to find in a super fast paced world but these guys have been amazing in my transition from a 3 bedroom villa to a storage shed. Super friendly team, I love that it is a family run business, and they really helped to ease the pressure and stress of leaving my belongings locked up somewhere other then where I am. It was an easy process and I have complete peace of mind that my things are being kept safe. Highly recommended.

Nikki is great, she's very kind & welcoming. The office is always neat & tidy, the storage facility is also very tidy. They have a whole range of different size sheds available. We have been recommending our clients here for a while now, won't go anywhere else!

Nicki took the stress out of the removal by liaising with the removalist and ensuring it went to plan. The facilities there are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend them.

The perfect storage facility! Ground level access, you can drive right up to your storage so no need to cart your stuff up lifts or down corridors. Plus Emily is amazing, the customer service really felt like being part of the family. If you need storage these guys are the way to go for sure. Family owned and operated. I love that I am supporting a small business run by people who care about you.

Perfect storage solut6for us. Single garage size. Access til 10pm is great. The lady that organised it all for us was amazing.
