I’ve been coming to Smile Solutions since maybe 2009 when I was forced as my back tooth filling fell out. I was always terrified of the dentist but I saw Madeline Hoopman and still see her to this day.She was so gentle and understanding and got me over my fear of the dentist to the point where I love getting a checkup or clean now.And the building, oh my, it’s stunning. Aside from some splits, the dental equipment and computers, the building itself is still all original and so beautiful.Won’t lie, this is an expensive clinic, but I’ll say it’s worth every cent knowing you’re being genuinely cared for and getting the best treatments available as they are always upgrading their dental technology to stay current and they’ll do anything to ensure your comfort.

Smile solutions have the best dental hygienists and dentists I have ever seen. They were really understanding of my long held anxiety of seeing the dentist, and the staff put me at ease.They set me on a treatment plan and now I have started to even look forward to my appointments; as my home care has become excellent.Set in a beautiful and professional space in the middle of the city, I highly recommend Smile Solutions to prospective patients.

Always a pleasure to visit Smile Solutions. Everyone and everything is great (apart from the lifts. Haha— the lifts do give a heritage touch). On top of their quality of care, they also see you as a mate. Visiting dentists can be daunting but going to Smile Solutions feels like a spa day. They should honestly start offering refreshments considering the premium that they charge.

Really beautiful place with really great dentist ,high quality of care .Highly recommendfor anyone that has anxiety over visiting dentist who had bad experiences in the past.I am thankful to Drs who were amazing theywere gentle ,caringThis place doesn't rush you out the door like other places as other places never explained anything clearly to me.I am very greatful to you all. I have been coming to this practice for over 4 years. I have had a complicated dental history and it’s great to have a wide variety of specialists on site and I don’t need to repeat my history at every appointment. I have had an implant, crown replacement as well as a tooth removed and ongoing treatment for a number of other issues that went undiagnosed before attending this practice. The service is excellent, they are all at the top of their fields and only want what’s best for you, the patient. I also have BUPA cover and they are a nominated provider so I am generally not out of pocket much, if at all. They also have payment plans, which I have also used once for my implant procedure. All in all, an excellent one stop shop for all your dental needs.

Took my daughter for a consult and we saw Betty. We would like to thank Betty for her informative, empathetic, friendly and genuine care that was provided. We had attended another clinic and felt so pushed to purchase, yet with Betty we were given all the options and will definitely be sticking with Smile Solutions.

I highly recommend Dr Casey. She is thorough and so professional in her treatments. She differentiates herself by her clear explanations of what she's doing and why, as well as presenting options for procedures when they're available.I've had mostly excellent experiences with Smile Solutions.One bad experience (due to an individual team member) was handled very well by the care team and Casey, and maintained my confidence in the wider team.

This is the opinion of myself and 6 other people who we've used the $100 referral voucher with. Despite there being a mixed bag of highly capable attentive dentists/hygenists and a couple of not so great dentists (mostly one of the male dentists), they seem to randomly charge you different prices that are different to what is quoted or they refuse to tell you how much until after the treatment is done, so that you're forced to pay whatever you are told. They also insist on multiple visits for treatment that can be done in one so that they can charge you more. Between us, we've sought opinions from 5 different clinics and this one has some of the most competent staff but dodgy and pushy pricing and seem to overprice treatments. We had a mixed experience but none of us have returned to continue treatment as we've found a family run clinic elsewhere where we felt our dental health was a priority and they recognised our financial needs during pricing, inc transparent costs prior to treatment.
