If I could give 1 star I would, terrible service rude abusive director when I refused to pay the balance of my account until the solar was fit for purpose becausethe solar installer had not undertaken the last 2 steps as directed by the manufacturer.Numerous threatening abusive emails and telephone calls from the director, she defamed me to 2 governing bodies by falsely stating I wanted to steal electricity by using the solar without my electricity provider installing the new meter. The nonsense of her blatant lie is that the solar could not work until the installer returned to my property, on my insistence’s to complete the installation as confirmed by the manufacturer.The director taunted me to lodge a claim at the Fair Trading but the breach of contract due to not being fit for purpose and breach of contract the Magistrates court or QCAC is the correct forum to lodge a complaintContact with the manufacturer confirmed the incomplete installation after sending photos of the inverter, on completion of the installation which required the installer to call the manufacturer hotline to get instructions ( undertaken in front of witness) so that it was working. As a law abiding person I I paid the balance once it was installed according to the manufacturerHaving read other reviews since seems there a many similar complaints including the directors unprofessional, aggressive and rude communication style when there is a problem that they caused but insist is not a problem.Avoid this company.I am extremely concerned that I have been identified by my surname, which is a breach of my privacy I request you immediately remove my name from your response

Had my new upgraded system installed today in oppressive heat. Chris and the team done an excellent job. the team worked well together and never heard a raised voice. walked me through the system and found a way to save me more money so looking forward to reduced power bills. Sales and Accounts were easy to deal with and communicated very well.

Rowan, Jimmy and the team were fantastic. Although we had a number of issues with the original plan due to the roof structure and obstructions, Rowan worked through a solution with us and got the install done. He seems to treat each install like its his own house and put a lot of time into making sure our old switchboard was up to code, fixing some of the old shoddy work done by previous electricians. Although the install pushed into the next day due to one of their workers going home sick and the wind picking up in the afternoon, Jimmy came back first thing the next day to finish off and get it up and running.

The company were great from start to finish. Great communication, extremely helpful with my questions. The installation guys were amazing. They were on time, walked me through everything before and after. Listened to my concerns. I loved that they were still having a laugh with each other, even though it was a stinking hot day with high humidity and on a metal roof. Well done all. I would highly recommend these guys.

Had an 11.2kw system installed with Sunshine state solar. The whole process was easy from start to finish, system is working well and Couldn't find a better value setup from other suppliers.Alex was very easy to deal with in their sales department and I was surprised how quickly they got the system installed for me.Rowan, Tyler and Jon performed the install and did a great Job. Rowan was very knowledgeable.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys in the future.

Just had the best experience in a long time from a service company, the guys from Sunshine State Solar looked after me from start to finish. The installers Rowan , Tyler and Jon came in at the appointed time and did a fantastic job , they worked right through and nothing was to much trouble for them, and they cleaned up after themselves.Thankyou for a fantastic job.

Recommend avoiding this company. Rude, aggressive, embroiled and unprofessional representative.We had a negative experience with Sunshine State Solar regarding the installation of solar panels on my home. The salesperson was great during the initial phase, but there were issues with the installation due to the age of my roof. Despite being told that no pre-inspection was necessary, the installation could not take place. When I requested a refund, the company's Director or representative became unprofessional and rude. We tried to resolve the situation calmly and fairly but was met with false claims and accusations from the company that we had misled them, intentionally wasted their time, were aware of the state of our roof, and were negligent. They made false accusations and attempted to withhold more money than what was stated in the contract. They also showed a lack of concern for industry regulators such as ASIC, ACCC, and Fair Trade Qld. We would not recommend this company if you wanted support in the event something goes wrong. The salesperson is an asset to any company, but is wasted in this one.The manager is embroiled, fabricates facts, is accusatory and defamatory when you question their service. Good luck with anyone trying to engage this company.

Great to deal with from sales to install, I dealt with Pk great guy was very informative and gave me a great deal, the installers Rowan,saint and deakan where great very professional, nice and clean when done couldn't have asked for a more smooth process.Thanks to the team at Sunshine state solar.

Top experience! I got a very well documented quote in 2 business days), I signed on the day because the return of investment was an impressive 1y9m for me, and the entire solar system was installed the following day! (luckily for me somebody else had postponed their installation) The overall experience from sales to admin, and installation are great. I didn't have to do anything other than upgrading my electrivity plan to get a better feed-in rate. Very professional and efficient team.
