I was a little hesitant at first in starting PT as I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Marcus has made the whole experience easy and convenient - helping me to fit everything in around work and a young family. Nothing is too hard or silly to ask. He is totally approachable, responsive, easy to talk to and in my corner. His advice around helping me recover from an injury, and adapting a specific program to rehab that injury was crucial in helping me to maintain fitness and bounce back quicker. He has taught me things I didn’t know (especially around managing loads) which I wouldn’t have otherwise considered. I am now working smarter and getting a lot more benefit from the way I move. Wish I started working with him years ago!

I started with Marcus with knee issues, he helped me get to fully functional again. His coaching and programming has helped my footy go to another level and increased my enjoyment. His support and constant contact has been great.
