Supercheap Auto Fyshwick

Completely useless they were only taking click and collect orders from 3 o’clock. So I ordered the part I wanted that was only “in stock in Fyshwick”. That was supposedly 1 hour guarantee. After waiting almost 2 hours nearby I call them only to find out it’s not in stock. They made absolutely no effort or attempt to contact me regarding my part not in stock. They said I could come by and a refund and when I went back the supposed manager asked me to find his staff for him. Rude and unprofessional. Wasted 3 hours of my time and about 40km worth of fuel.

Hopeless they called me to say part of my order was out of stock and would be refunded but then never confirmed they had it ready to go or processed the refund. When I go a few days later to pick up they have closed half and hour early for no reason and we're only allowing for click and collect for the last 2 hours before that .... But didn't think to let the click and collect customer know. I will be cancelling my order and buying my stuff literally anywhere else. Super incompetent would be a better name

Went to Repco next door $156 10 litre for Magnatec Supercheap cost $112 for same quantity same product 2 times 5 litres! So bought some other stuff too! Very happy. Thanks

I should've grabbed his name but to the youngish/middle aged bloke with the beard, who helped me purchase motor oil just after 10am this morning (he said he drives a 2003 Subaru), you're an absolute trooper. One of the best customer service experiences i've had (and i do sales myself for a living). Super friendly, informative, honest and just a stand up guy. All this great service whilst he was holding a box with probably 10kg worth of liquid for a good 5 minutes but didn't bat an eyelid about it. Cheers legend! Will definitely be back because of this experience ;)

Some of the best customer service I have received in years was by a young gentleman (says he drives a 2003 Mazda) and by a lady named Georgia. The level of professionalism and knowledge by these 2 staff members were excellent and went above and beyond trying to help me with fitting my number plate. Will definitely come back to this store for any future car needs.

I got this glass cleaner asked if it can be used for tint windows or not counter guy said yes but later after I used I found it cannot be used on tinted windows. Don’t provide false information if you don’t know about the product.

I wanted a good quality battery for my Hilux. The last one I bought was from SCA and it was great. The sales staff referred me to the assistant manager who was superb. Took me through the choices, tested the old battery, put in an OBD device so that my settings were saved and was very safety conscious while installing. The fitting fee was very reasonable for the care he took. Really happy with the care I received.

Bought a battery from the Fyshwick store and in just 10 days the battery was dead. Rang the store spoke with Hayden was told by him to return the battery for a swap as it was under warranty. When I returned the battery I was served by a young woman ( she was the manager at the time) who requested that one of her team would test the battery. Upon testing the young man said it was dead flat so I told him about what I was told by Hayden . He then asked if I could take it to Belconnen or Queanbeyan for it to be charged as this is store policy. I told him that the battery in question was not going back in my car as it went dead in 10 days. It ended up costing me another $70.00 on top of what I paid previously for the same battery with charge to purchase a new one even after I had returned the old one . This store lacks people with common sense and knowledge . I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I will definitely not be recommending Supercheap Auto to anyone.
