DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ozan, who claims to be the “owner” is So unbelievably unprofessional, does not communicate, LIES and asks you to pay invoices for his services but then DOES not do anything. I honestly still don’t know to this day if this business is actually a scam or real? Disgusting is the only way to describe.

I highly don't recommend this company, with the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism Oz you are an absolute disgrace!!! .I am constantly told lies (when he decides to answer the phone) . All I want is access to my business emails and my website to be up and running . shame on you !

Ozan Yucell has stolen money from me and refuses to return the money or answer my phone calls. I have reported him to Wollongong Police fraud squad, Department of fair trading, and the ACCC . Do not us any of his companies. He claims to be director of 4 companies. Avoid them all.

Etoiles promises a lot but delivers little. Ended up paying another website developer to do the job properly... I am a director of Wollongong Remedial Massage and spoke with and messaged Etoiles many times in trying to resolve the poor work... Disappointed

If you would like to have a company that does not respond to questions, does not complete work, blocks calls, does not allow you to manage your website then this is the company for you. I would not use them for anything.I have had to have my website completely redone.Their behaviour was unprofessional and unethical. It was extremely stressful in the midst of the pandemic to be involved with this company. Beware!
