Fashion Nails

I got a set of acrylic done exactly one week ago from today.Whilst they were doing my nails i noticed the lady didn’t put a lot of glue on the nail but, I thought I would trust the process and hope for the best… The next day I noticed in the morning one of the nails was already lifting and, that exact same day it fell off. A few days after that 4 more lifted and fell off.The service was bad except for one lady who was lovely and talked to us but when it was my turn to get my nails done I asked one of the ladies who was doing my manicure how she was going and she talks to her work friends instead which I find very rude.Also I was told I would be charged $50 for the full set of arcrylics and ended up paying $70 but the ladies never said what I was exactly paying for.

Absolutely disgusted in this service. Just spent 7 weeks through the UK and Europe and wanted a mani/pedi when I got back. They absolutely ruined my nails!!!! I always get gel on my nails to protect them, they did them so thin, filed them a different shape and now 4 have broken after 1 day. My toenails are all crooked. My first visit and last!!!!ruined my nails. They were tick and my own nails, I usually have

Tammy did my pedi today. She was amazing. So much attention to detail. It was such a relaxing experience. I am a repeat customer but she took my experience to another level. Thank you, Tammy!

If I could rate -5 I would. Not my usual nail salon (they were busy & i couldn't wait- lesson learnt just wait lol) Fasion Nails. Rude, with hardly any eye contact speaking to each other across the room & not paying attention. When the lady asked me if I was ok I explained to her that she was being so rough & pulling at my hands & her reasoning so sorry my eyes no good". What the??? Wrong job to be in I feel. I won't be going back & I recommend not wasting your money there."

I went for a pedicure today as a pick me up as I had been feeling low about how I was looking. Shouldn’t have bothered as half way through my pedicure the nail technician proceeded to ask me how many months pregnant I was while pointing to my belly. I awkwardly replied letting her know I wasn’t pregnant. I felt so humiliated and upset at the comment that I asked the technician to stop the service as I just wanted to leave with my toes unfinished. As I was leaving in tears, they still tried to charge me for the service. Will never be back.

Lack attention to detail and some staff were rude. Standard nail bar with nil customer service skills and the customers come second to the cash. I left feeling like an inconvenience. I will never go back!

I have been trying to decide if I was going to post a review or not but the more I think on it, the angrier I get.I am mad I didn't take photos before washing my hands as I had blood on my thumb nail.I have had a few nicks and burns, I understand that happens sometimes, I have worn acrylics for many years now but never I had blood. The lady had visibly noticed she had nicked me, hesitated and then continued to go over the same spot a number of times. At this point I had already been in the chair for 2 hours for an acrylic infill and had a small child getting very cranky and inpatient so not wanting to complain and take longer.On further inspection the have been filed far to thin and narrow, they were crooked and uneven.These photos were taken the morning after..

I received a pedicure on Thursday and this is what I'm left with. My toe nails were filed so thin they were like paper and peeled off from the sides. And one of my smaller nails shellac has already half peeled off. My massage and leg scrub which usually is super relaxing, felt ridiculously rushed.... like I'm talking i scanned in at 1.32pm and paid at 1.53pm. That was including the 5minute wait and nail painting.I feel like for $45 there would be a little more time and care taken.

If I could rate less I would. Took my daughter and shouted her nails for a nice day out. Didn't want to wait long and they sat us as soon we were standing at the door. Too good to be true. They sat us next to each other and began my nails first. The woman doing my nails was so rough with me and didn't care one bit. I let it be for then and she began doing my SNS nails. As she started my daughter was getting her acrylics started. Originally she agreed for work that she needed them a little short and asked the second person who came to do them relatively short, who then cut her nails so long, my daughter doesn't like to argue about this and at the time I thought she wanted them that way. The woman I had ended up cutting me twice in the process of doing my nails. Then when I was washing my hands they sat someone down in my seat and told me to wait outside for my daughter. They are too busy trying to get the next customer in the door to worry about the ones already there. My daughter's nails ended up being rough, uneven and completely different shapes on each finger. Do NOT recommend if you want your nails done properly as this was appalling. Not only did they not care about my well being before they even finished but when I showed them my bleeding finger, they gave me a cotton ball and sent us on our way after charging us $30 more than agreed.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE.

Overcharged and extremely rude, We asked them very nicely to change a few things because the nails didn’t look like the photo we provided, the shape and the colour was off and the nails were crooked and they wouldn’t listen to us when we tried to tell them the length they made them way shorter then we had asked and the staff completely ignored us, the man who was doing our nails left the store after doing my friends and didn’t come back for 30 minutes and left us to wait till he come back before we could Pay. It was extremely rushed and quite frankly really hurt, they didn’t care about the client only cared about getting it done as fast as possible
