Concord Auto Repairs - Car Smash Repairs & Mechanic Moorooka

I called to ask if i could bring my car in for a quote. They said no worries bring it in.When I arrived I was told quotes are $80 and is added to the total repair cost at the end. There was no mention of this in the initial phone call.Then this quickly changed to an $80 up front fee.Then I was told eftpos and credit card facilities are down (sure) so I would need to pay CASH, UP FRONT for the quote.Completely unprofessional. I went to 3 other places nearby that looked at my car for free and got all the information they needed in 10 to 15 minutes.Already in a bad situation being hit by an uninsured learner driver and I explained this to them but that didn't stop them from trying it on with me.Just a headsup for anyone else who doesn't want their time wasted so they know what to expect. If this isn't the standard practice and was just a oneoff then fair enough but I wanted to share my experience.

I took my 2017 Hilux in to have a few small scratches and dents sorted. When I picked up my car it had been fully detailed to a very high standard. They made the 5 year old paint job look brand new. Highly recommended for their customer service, attention to detail and quality/skilled work they carried out. Very happy customer.

This was my first time using a smash repair business and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Great workmanship, good price and friendly service. Use of the courtesy car to get around was very helpful.

My younger brother recommended this company to me to have my cars front body parts repaired these guys have done a wonderful job even though it was a bit pricey but they are worth every penny they did a great job on painting the parts and fitting them on for me words cannot explain how happy I am I will use these guys again thank you Nicola and team for all your hard work

Had the bonnet of my WRX repaired and repainted after my garage door fell on it. The team at Concord managed to get it all sorted within a week!! Fair price with quality workmanship as well!!Will return in the future to touch up other blemishes on the car!
