I wish I had more of an positive for you to leave for this company, but unfortunately I don’t and would like to share my experience with you.After spending numerous times over the phone discussing my experience willingness and availability to come on and work with this group, as they were looking for new workers at the time. I offered my services went out and did a job with the promise of being paid. Unfortunately this is yet to be settled and we are now looking at nearly 2 months on from the job.I have tried to contact both Ronnie and Johnny the owners of the company. And I’ve been met with the response of; we are not able to pay you what you The $60 an hour as a grade. As I was coming on as a subcontractor for my time with the company with the intention of moving forward as an employee to complete work.I am still waiting for my outstanding debt to be paid, and would appreciate someone to contact me back regarding this.I was also unable to accept the job based on the lack of safety equipment provided, however it was promised but not delivered. And the expectations of workers to stand on dirty, slippery, and dangerous roofs without harnesses or other safety precautions taken into mind.I await your contact regarding this situation, and wish you the best for all your further ventures.

Prompt response to enquiry. Talked through issues with double storey on slope. Responsive to our deadline. Roof looks very clean.

Xplicit Kleans did a brilliant job in washing my house. I had some specific requests which they happily accommodated and my house looks brand new! Ronny and Johnny were great to deal with. I highly recommend them for the great work they did. Thank you!

The cleaning was good for start .Communication very poor .Then our cleaner started to come with a second person (every week different one) for ‘training the new person’The 2.5 hrs cleaning dropped down for 1hr and 15 minutes .But we paid full price for 2.5 hrs .The quality gone downhill.We basically been paid for a new person training and put up with an unsatisfactory job.Also different strangers keep coming every week .We didn’t agreed to this and we never been advice about the new arrangement.When I complained about it I been told this is the new way how the company will work in the future.It is not good enough and definitely we don’t want to deal with a company who don’t care about the client satisfaction.
