I was sent an extremely unprofessional and exceptionally rude email to reject my rental application with Nick concluding that my bank statements show I “have no money” even though I currently pay more rent at my current property and offered to pay a higher rate than advertised for the property under Nick. After asking for clarification on why my application could not be considered I was immediately rejected from the leaseIn my 3 years of renting in Australia as an international student I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism when renting/applying from other real estate agents, which seems to be a recurring theme with nick based on other reviews on here.If you are a potential landlord or are currently leasing with Nick feel free to contact me through email to hear more about my experience. Don't waste your time! Nick is the last person to count on if you have any issues with tenants renting your property - he's quick to get them in but definitely no follow through and has excuse after excuse for not doing his job. No wonder there's only 1 review on their website. If you're happy for him to leave you in quicksand then he's the guy for you!
