I was served by both Hayley and Dylan. They are very easy to deal with and are not only courteous and sympathetic they are unlike other shops genuinely try to help the customer in their time of need! I highly recommend Mega Cash and the friendly Staff!

I was treated with respect and dignity today when I dealt with one of the employees. I wasn't able to do either as I didn't have ID with proof of address. Fair enough that is my fault and I will remember for next time. Thank you for a pleasant customer service experience anyway greatly appreciated.

Went to Mega Cash Blacktown needed a short term loan on my Gold chain had a great conversation with a beautiful lady had a laugh with her just borrowed what I needed was in and out in 15 minutes no wonder there rated 5 stars Tracey's people skills are impeccable look forward to actually going in and paying the low excess rate back just so I can have another laugh you guys need a small business award xx Grant.

This review is not on the blacktown store but on the whole of mega cash specifically their pay online, which charges a processing free for me to extend my loan , shame full chargeing not only the intrest but a processing fee , why should i pay a processing fee to extend my stuff 9h they will give some bs for the fee the blacktown store is good tho and staff are friendly and helpful the online side of this store is pitty full seeing as I don't get charged processing for going into the store on the receipts it says nothing of a processing fee so is this some sort of hidden charge you don't tell people ?
