Would give zero stars if i could. This is the second time ive left a bad review for this store. Head office came in about 6 months ago and forced them to clean their act up, since they left its gone back to how it was before - terrible. Always missing items from the order and even missing things like the chicken from the burger. There are no words to describe how useless the staff are in this joint.

You're store requires a visit from health department and not for advice but to actually fire the incapable/rude children you call staff and then shut you down. Doing renovations doesn't help your food taste less diseased. Honestly close down and do everyone in Revesby a favour, hopefully some other food store will open up to compensate for your atrocious store.

I thought that once they renovated the food would be mich better.It was horrible , chicken pieces where burnt and small. Other KFC restaurants are great. This place lacks alot. They need help it's such a pity

Service was disgusting! The manager for the 17/6 was so rude, disorganised and unprofessional wouldn't recommend going here purely because of that! Was absolutely disgusting no one wants to go and spend their hard working money just to be treated terribly.

We don’t get KFC often but just from the handful of times we do there are ALWAYS issues from minor to major.Notoriously they forget or just don’t give you your sauces that they happily charge you for.Just today we went and ordered a 10 nugget combo large and a 5 piece original tender large combo. What we received was two 10 nugget combo’s. no tender combo. Common thing KFC will do if no tenders are ready. They give you nuggets instead.The issue is apart from receiving what your paying for. Is if I ordered a 20 nugget combo I would have saved about 30% of my total bill.Absolute garbage restaurant ran by kids who have no regard for anything but TikTok memes.Never going to KFC again.If I could give negative stars I would.

The food taste like other kfc but sometimes the chicken is hard like old chicken that's been fried again. The service is really bad sometimes, I just standing in front of the cashier for 15 mnt and no one help me or even say anything, instead they were munking around, taking their time to do the orders. they are missing my items a few times. Either missing chickens, nuggets, drinks, no sauce at all. I bet I lost about $15 in total just cause I couldn't be bothered to drive back or call. I just have to get the food there cause it's barely any good food in the area that I like, otherwise wouldn't go back there.

Ordered some hot and crispy chicken. I’ve ordered this multiple times from other locations and this was the worst I’ve ever had. Different cut of chicken. Different fried coating on the chicken. Little flavour. Pretty disappointed…

Try your best to void this store or make sure to check your order before leaving the counter.We’ve ordered 3 times in kfc Revesby for dinner. None of the order is done correctly and today is even worse. Ordered a reg chicken popcorn for kid and received more than half cup of chips in it with only a few popcorn to cover the top.

Could make some improvements on their customer service skills as they’re all young teens. Also the food isn’t as great as the other kfc in the area. It looks nicer after the recent renovations though which is nice.
