Exact Radiology Clinics

I haven't been here for a few months, so some things might have changed. But, every time I went for different needs - CT, ultrasound - the team were friendly and professional. Appointments were made without delay & there was minimal wait time in a clean, thoughtfully-laid-out waiting area.

I've had extremely pleasant and professional interactions with all the staff everytime I've been to this clinic. Has made some stressful tests a whole lot more relaxing and enjoyable. Keep doing what you're doing!

Friendly staff, fast service, good X-rays?I had a referral x-ray, no appointment, just walk right in.Entering the doors seems to transport you to another world, from the stingy streets of springfield into the high-tech world of exact radiology. The staff are very friendly and will give you a membership card if it's your first time there. You can use this to get your results later online.There isn't a distinct smell perhaps an air freshner would help them stand out. The office is clean and, more importantly, well run. Once signed up, I waited only long enough to read the brochure they gave me to be called in. The technician was professional and very kind, and I got it all done in no time. They gave me a printout, and I was out the door.Highly recommend if you are choosing where to get an x-ray.

This radiologist was by far the nicest I've been to! All the staff were lovely, friendly and spoke clearly when giving instructions, which is great for an anxious, hard of hearing person like me (who was silly and forgot my hearing aids). In particular, the ultrasound tech, Kelly, made me feel very at ease and taken care of. Everything was clean, tidy, and professional, and the presentation really stood out against other clinics. A great medical establishment for an up-and-coming area.I'd also like to note the calm, kind, and understanding attitude of the receptionists, even so early in the morning. I'm only sorry they had to deal with the embarrassingly entitled yelling of another (very late) client during an incident in the waiting room. Ladies, your gentle professionalism really shone through; I can only hope that that person was having an off day, realises how foolish they sounded, and are more polite in future.

Working in the medical industry myself, Exact Radiology have always been my Go To" radiology choice and always recommended them to patients when asked for imaging recommendations.So

Iv been here before and for the most part good place only issue when you try and call just left on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on seems like it's been an on going issue for years

Waiting 25 minutes across two phone calls just to be answered... hung up after the first 10 minutes on the first call as I assumed there may be a phone issue, called back and waited a further 15 minutes just for the call to be answered. Was then put on hold again and the operator advised they needed to check something - another 15 minutes passed, the phone was then answered as if I was a new caller and I just explained I had been on hold 15 minutes already spoke to someone and then I was hung up on. Dont waste your time.

From the start at reception through to leaving. All staff so friendly. Radiologists were friendly and exceptional in their work ethic. So streamlined. Atmosphere so warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service!! The receptionist was warm and friendly even when under pressure as a number of clients walked in at the same time. The ladies performing the ultra sound and xray on my almost 4 year daughter were also fantastic. She was really scared and they put her completely at ease. So thankyou Exact Springfield! What originally seemed to be an exhausting task with my 4year old and 1 year old was actually a walk in the park!
