I received exceptional service from a young man from the garden centre at your Rosebud store this afternoon.He pushed my heavy trolley to my car,loaded my goods into my boot & suggested I put the hose into the orchid mix bags to dampen it before using it.His name is Scott.

Terrible service at the Eltham store. Checked stock by phone the night before and in store at 9:35am next morning. The manager" stared me down with a look of defiance on his face. No effort to look in the stock on the upper shelves as they are refitting and not wanting to replenish stock."

Just a warning to all. Watch out when buying Bunnings gift vouchers online. My sons got me an online bunnings voucher for father's day, which was somehow used up in NSW during all the lockdowns, when I tried using it, they said it was used and could not give two hoots about resolving it. Told me it is my problem. Don't buy them and certainly do not trust them...

I have a 4 year old Ryobi driver which has worked well on various DIY projects until recently. I took it to Bunnings Fairfield as Bunnings are listed as the ONLY service provider by Ryobi Au.The driver no longer works, the bit is fitted into the chuck, the chuck turns but the bit remains stationary. Bunnings staff said they didn't know what to do, they wouldn't accept it for repair and told me I should try to fix it myself.This is appalling service and customer attention. I wasn't after a warranty repair, I was willing to pay for the repair even if it cost the same as a replacement but I got nowhere. If these items cannot be repaired and Bunnings will not even accept them, when they are the nominated service centre, this seems to be misleading advertising. The impression given is that the Ryobi tools can be serviced at, or at least through, Bunnings. I cannot recommend Bunnings and Ryobi to anyone based on my experience.

Shocking experience at Bunnings South Morang today.....2 tills open and long lines of frustrated customers. Staff manning tills cannot cope and I was told issues are due to budget cuts. Manager Jack demonstrated appalling customer focus and refused to talk to me.... only positive thing is he opened some more tills. Simply not good enough Bunnings!! Very challenging to not get frustrated when presented with this low level of customer focus.

I wish I could put 0 stars, all I wanted to do was buy and have a dishwasher delivered, over 4 hours of phone calls, first tried to pay over phone I was told not possible, later found out that department was about to close for the day and he just wanted to go home, next day finally able to pay for the dishwasher however I am now waiting on paying for delivery which should of taken no more than 10 minutes on the phone. On a call to head office with a complaint and back on hold and on hold, oh still on hold waiting for some form of a solution. How hard is it to pay for a delivery???? Finally get a call from delivery dept and store manager, they have organised same day delivery at no charge. It should not have taken all up 6 hours to buy and organise delivery of an item. Oh a footnote, I just got a call from store manager asking me to help driver lift the dishwasher off of the delivery van. In 38 years of shopping for a home and having furniture etc delivered I have never been asked to help carry the items. Bunnings need a decent shake up and some serious training on customer service.

This is a complaint regarding Bunnings in general. I needed to exchange a small item worth only $6 at one of your stores where I am a regular customer. I couldn’t find the receipt, so I asked the familiar faces if I could exchange it and they said yes as the item was unopened. When I went to the register to exchange and pay the difference, I had to provide ID as well as my phone number. If that wasn’t intrusive enough, they pointed out to me that my licence had expired three days ago so they weren’t able to help! A senior manager overrode that silly decision and deigned to allow me to exchange the item and pay an extra three dollars for the new one.What a turn off

Bunnings has many great qualities most of all their staff and the fact that they employ older and semi retired Australians that are grown up, have life experience and some are even retired trades people with REAL knowledge.The BIG DOWNSIDE is the fact that its very difficult, if not impossible in many cases to find anything in the place that's NOT MADE IN CHINA.....I try hard not to by anything Chinese - its not easy these days which makes me even more determined.

Appalling customer service, at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing. Returning a product that were not suitable. The Manager asked me for my receipt which I had from the previous day, the Manager in the Tool shop would not refund me, she said that the bolt cutter had to be with all the packaging. There is only a tag with the $12 Trojan bolt cutter, she would not refund me, walked away, worst service I have ever encountered , it has really upset me, so disappointing. Bunnings need to review the culture of the business, not good enough

We bought shoes from Bunnings yesterday 31 July 20. Next day I wear same shoes and went another bunnings. One of bunnings employer come to me and said you can’t go away we lost same pair of shoes and was asking receipt. I have been bunnings with my friend and his 5 year old son. She make me hold around 15-20 min in front of them. She was rude earlier and then trying nice once they check cameras. At the end she said sorry you aren’t not the one who steal shoes.Pls tell me word “sorry” is enough for this disregard?Feeling very bad, she ruined my weekend.Does they should look in camera first before put blame on me??Look their customers service and behaviour
