Thanks to Neil and Travis. They made the effort to repair a serious puncture rather than jumping straight to a sales pitch. And took extra effort to be careful with the wheel rim. I'll go back to them for new tyres as a result.

Got steer tyres replaced…no problem…asked them to check trailer tyres,they said all good….not even 1000km up the road and bang….two blow out…..usually have great things to say about them but now not happy

Great team of guys very friendly and helpful great service . Wheelchairs friendly and helpful staff with your requirements easy parking out front of the entrance rolling ramp up to the entrances and around the complex area. Overall great experience

Amazing old school service from Neil and the team at Pinkenba.Found myself in a tough spot with two flat tyres, and no way to transfer across from the tangalooma terminal as my car was stranded on Moreton island.The guys Offered to pick me up and drop me back, and could not be more helpful in fixing my tyres. The best customer service I have encountered - ever. Thanks Neil, really softened a tough day. I know where I will be getting all my tyre needs in the future. Thanks

Not the same experience as last time. I booked in 2 days ago for 2 tyres, rotate and balance the other 2 and a wheel alignment. Took 1 & 3/4 hours just to do the tyres and then my ute wouldn't start. While I got it going they took in other work and left me with the engine running for 15 minutes waiting for a wheel alignment. I got sick of waiting and left without the wheel alignment or a tyre service booklet. Fitter and manager were arguing in front of me about the workload !

Neil and crew were life savers just before knock off on a Friday when I needed tyres desperately. They didn't have the tyres I needed at the shop, however they sent for tyres so I could get back on the road in no time. Not only were they so kind, but professional and did a great job.

Amazing service, friendly and so efficient. Blew a back tyre on our Motorhome and called them first thing in the morning and they took the blown tyre away to workshop and came back so quickly and we were able to get away and still make our appointment. Thank you guys you are amazing.
