I had a really great facial done here by Kelly! She was knowledgeable and thorough, made me have such a pleasant experience. I felt like she was making recommendations to me that were really suited to my skin and I never felt pressured to buy any particular product in any way. I’m really happy with the products she helped me choose. I’ve already booked my next facial with her!

Wouldn’t be surprised. Good staff for most of the locals. As of someone with Asian descent. Had terrible experience with the staff. They were just staring at me and at my partner who is also Asian. no one decided to help even though we were looking around waiting for about 5 minutes, So we grab the product ourselves. Bought it and left. Never wanted to come here but was the only one with the product we were looking for. To add on They seemed to be looking down upon us.As a Australian citizen born and raised where is the respect and welcoming culture to other people.

My colleague and I visited this store after work at around 5:20 Monday 3/2/2023 and we were blown away by Lisha's (idk how to spell her name) customer service and attitude! She was so bubbly and energetic, unlike usualy intimidating staff who make you feel scared. She is so sweet and helpful and helped us make the best purchases! i couldnt find anywhere on the website to put in a employee compliment but please recognise her amazing work and attitude!! 10/10 would buy from the store again if Lisha was the sales person again

Great staffs. I was deciding which fragrances to buy and decided to try some selected perfumes furthermore. So, I asked a staff there if I can get a sample free and they gave 2ml of it. It was Maison Francis Kurkdjian perfume which is expensive. So generous.

Walked in with minimal idea of what I needed and a budget to stick to and walked away very happy with my purchases. I was served by Lilly who was incredibly friendly yet professional in her service. She asked questions to establish my wants/needs and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the products she recommended. Would absolutely recommend anyone (including the non-stereotypical Mecca customer like me) to pop in and visit Lilly!

I left a review for the very wonderful Hélène previously, but I’ve since deleted my old email address and created another one. Anyway, to recap, she was super kind and created a sample of the Carnal Flower perfume which I unfortunately lost because I’m a big child.Anyway, this evening I walked into the store and was served by Kumkum who was nice enough to create the sample again for me. Honestly, I have to say it- Mecca clearly recruit the right people. What a pleasure it is to always be greeted with such nice energy and genuine kindness.A very grateful (and definitely returning) customer.

I visited 3times but this time was so great.I were confuse because too many brand in there. So I asked to staff what i want still i couldn't decision. However Charli waiting for me and complementary explained. Charli is so kind and listen to what I want and deliver! Had excellent service here last week when looking for a new foundation and mascara. I was greeted straight away, and served by a very knowledgeable staff member.I went to mecca maxima downstairs first but they were too busy to serve me. I'm happy that I had such a great experience at this store and would definitely go back.
