We accepted the NTS quote and they delivered and installed 15 days later. The installers were very professional and laid out the panels such that no skylights were obstructed. This business has been in Prospect almost all of my life, long before getting solar was a popular thing. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and very, very honest. When I wanted to get solar on my property before our renovation, and we only had roof space facing South near a big tree, he honestly let me know it would not be a financially sensible thing to do... literally talked himself out of business. After our renovations (different roof design) he came back out to the house, and quickly prepared a personalised quote. Unlike lots of other companies, I got quotes from, Peter actually comes to your property to make sure what he is recommending fits the nuanced specificities of your home. He has lots of different options from $ to $$$, but won't try to upsell you things you don't need or can't afford. he was very patient explaining the ins and outs of solar. I know lots of other locals who have used this business and I am happy to be supporting this local business myself.

NTS were very helpful throughout the process. From quote to installation my questions were dealt with patiently and thoroughly (even my dumb questions). Quality products at a very competitive price. I didn't experience any pressure from NTS, and they gave me plenty of time to make the right decision for me. It became clear that bigger wiring required as inverter was is the shed a bit far away from meter for standard wiring. This was quickly and efficiently dealt with. I've had a few questions re export limiting from a 2 inverter system which NTS is working with me at the moment to resolve. I would recommend NTS solar and would be very happy to use them again when time for expansion and adding a battery becomes viable for me.

Prompt, quality solar service. We had 16 panels and an inverter installed through NTS. The price was very competitive for the same product as other bigger companies. Just had Shannon and co install my new 5kw solar system. Great team of guys Neat Tidy and efficient. Install was really good ,no problems and works well. Great to have had good cheery Tradespeople on site. System looks good.
