DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY FROM APM. If I could put zero stars I would...Extremely unprofessional, I called twice before my appointment to reschedule and you waited 4 hours call me back, you then called my phone one time and my phone was right in front of me, I picked my phone up and as I answered you hung up on me, you then called back 2 minutes later and proceeded to tell me your cutting my payments off. How rude and unconsidered can you be. I have 3 kids to support and you have gone and done that. I dont care how bad of a day you had. You could have had the commen sence and decency to have a little more respect and alittle less of an attitude towards your clients. You can't even do your job properly, you give me attitude instead of doing your job and helping people, you bark orders and expect us to obide.. if you can't do your job properly as a job provider that is meant to help and support your clients then you might aswell not have a job at all...There a pathetic excuse that the government chooses to fund..

Incredibly professional, friendly service when you call to ask for help, Mal, Robert and Sonya treat you with kindness and Josh who came to do my installation is a happy, smiling human remote control on fast forward who explains what you need to know, all in all I would recommend A P M to anyone needing electronic help and advice. Andy is great, puts in alot of effort I have hired a few candidates through him and so far all going well, great support offered.

My time with APM felt like a constant battle to keep my payments, it seems like all they did was threaten my to breach my payments, I done everything on my behalf attending appointments, job search and interviews. However whenever I had phone appointments arranged this was their chance to really sink it in, they never call you on your phone appointment and if your lucky enough to be answered when you call them they will tell you they will call you back and never do then continue to breach your payment. I never once had any help with job searching my in person appointments were like 5mins and all that was said is I have to attend these appointments to continue receiving benefits, APM is the worst provider ever and should be shut down.
