The process of entering into and exiting the tenancy was seamless and efficient, as was the administration of all rental and bill payments. Please allow me to Thank you Troy and Jenni for the way they have looked after our Rental Property in Peregian Springs as it was there's only Property. Living in Perth it could be easy to use the old cliché out of sight and out of mind, but this is not the case we found Troy and his wife Jenni so professional in every expect of rental management and I have no issue in recommending anyone who is interested to rent or as a investor.
