First time at this venue. The bar is located on L1 and you can bipass the reception and head straight to the lift. I was so stoked to discover their happy hour kicks off at 4 pm. Grabbed a glass of bubbles for $6. It was really quiet at the time, so we didn't have to line up, and we practically got to choose where we wanted to sit. Will return.

What so special about this hotel is the location: Very, very central. Next door is already Myer Centre where you can go shopping and eating. Walking a few minutes across the river and you're already in South Bank. Taxi rank/Bus stations are also nearby.The room is good for me and my son, but you won't find toothbrush, shower cap and other amenities beside soap/shampoo in the bathroom. So please take your own!.Anyway, i am glad i found this hotel!.

My wife and I stayed there over last weekend. The rooms were clean and well presented and the staff were friendly. Minor grizzles were that there was a noise from the windows as the sun rose in the morning and the window heated up - a sort of popping that happened every 5 or 10 seconds. Not loud but noticeable and annoying and difficult to get back to sleep. Room 1116. Also, there was no plug for the ensuite sink, and despite saying that one would be sent, it never arrived. Hamilton was awesome!

An excellent facility hotel at affordable price. Value for money. To get discounted rates, book early.

I only gave three stars because at $309.00 for an overnight stay, there were no complimentary snacks. Yes, tea and coffee were provided. However, for $309.00, I thought the motel management could go that little bit further to make guests feel special.I paid $250.00 for 3 nights, stay at an Air BnB in Lismore, and received more special treatment.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very smooth check in process and walking distance to many restaurants nearby.We got a corner unit which had floor to ceiling windows and a great view of the city/river.Wifi was fast and it was perfect for our stay. I would definitely come back again.Thanks!

If you can snag a room up high, this is your view!Nothing bad to say about this place, great service, great location, room was tidy, everything was perfect. Well absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Brisbane!Pro tip, pre-book your parking in the Myer Centre Queen Street Mall for a decent parking rate as it's right next door!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. I had a reservation for the 18/02/2023 and cancelled it due to loosing my job and having to cancel the whole trip. When I called up today in order to get my refund I was told that I can't as it is now after when the booking was for. After I explained that I cancelled it on the 14th they then changed their minds to say I can't get a refund as there is no request for one in their system. After I once again explained that I have an email saying my reservation has been successfully cancelled I was then informed that I still can not get a refund and there is nothing they can do even after I explained that the trip was cancelled as I lost my job. Extremely disappointed as not only was I looking forward to staying in this hotel due to the reviews but also as I have now lost $400 for a hotel I didn't even stay at.*Edit 21/02/2023* received a call from the hotel manager in the morning and missed it as i was asleep when I called back I was told they were in a meeting and would call me back which they haven’t……… I also received the number for the general manager who I have called many times and not received a call back.It seems as though after reading reviews this hotel is extremely disrespectful regarding people’s money and has little to no care when dealing with people after their stays.
