Woeful customer service today & I was the only customer in the store. Walked out as a result & went down to the other parts store in Clarinda St where I got great service & saved myself $100 on a equivalent battery. Won't be back.

Never had a issue with service n parts

Great team.I purchased a set of lights for my caravan.5 days later it was written off by a hail storm. Got my money back with no problems. Terrific service.

Staff can be rude and lack basic knowledge but at the same time stock a wide range of parts. The ability to instantly give price and availability puts them above their competition in Parkes. This convenience however comes at a price as I've found them to be generally more expensive. I also question the quality of certain repco branded parts.

My experience at this store:Car broke down outside Parkes had been a previous supplier to the Repco group across three states. Three people in store standing behind a counter snickering as we walked in due to questions asked the previous day regarding a temp repair compound for a leaking head gasket. Not one employee knew anything about any of the products discussed neither was any further assistance offered not even a phone call made to a sister store regarding availability of product, when asked of lead time to procure answer not sure then nothing as if I was an inconvenience at 9.30 in the morning.Spent onwards of a 1k with them for this privilege. Worst Repco store I have ever dealt with. Repco never againBursons or super cheap from here.

Staff always helpful and they have a great range which is easy to get

New store make over is a welcomed changed. Staff are usually friendly and helpfull. Plenty of stock on most needed parts.
