You have to buy here. The jean are fantastic, but the service is fabulous. The team are honest and really know their jeans and styles to suit all. I will definitely be back. Thanks for helping me. I love my jeans!!

We had a fabulous experience yesterday in store! Amazing customer service by Jed, who was so helpful, patient and friendly. This store has quickly become a new favourite of mine!!

I have always loved shopping at Service Denim Chapel street. The team working there have to be the nicest, most helpful and all round lovely retail staff I have ever come across. I am always greeted so warmly by Jed, Mahalia and the rest of the team. They are so helpful, professional and they know how to make a customer look amazing!

Visited the store with hesitation as it’s my first jeans purchase postpartum but was pleasantly surprised! The two sales assistants were SO lovely, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Really happy with the jeans I purchased and may go back to get more. Thanks again!!

The clue is in the name - they provide great service. You can have any Neuw denim (bought anywhere) altered and repaired here. Great concept.

Amazing! My NEUW favourite store on Chapel Street! Really lovely staff and great stock at reasonable prices for good quality! Also the staff wear their clothes which is great to see! Who knew I would want 3/4 length denim jeans? Not me but gosh damn the lovely staff lady absolutely ROCKED THEM like nobody's business! Also the store is just really pretty! Overall great and I will be back!

came in just to look around and walked out with a new wardrobe - awesome items and an even more awesome service. One of the few remaining places on Chapel at the moment I'll definitely come back to time and time again (in fact, coming in today to check out some of the new stock guys!)

The only problem with this store and its not really one of the shop itself is that google reviews doesn't allow 6 stars.let me start with the clothes: Everything they make is high quality and encompasses a classic look with a modern spin.. their jeans, jackets, shirts and t's are mega mega mega dope!.the staff are the most polite, appropriate banter filled legends. I went in to buy a jumper and shirt on the Friday and was served by a cool chick with green highlights..totally friendly lovely, and extremely helpful...I then went back on the Saturday to buy a sweater and met the rest of the crew...the Canadian tuxedo dude was cool and legendary and the Blonde chick had me in tears of laughter.I would highly recommend this place as its one of the best shopping experiences I have had in years!!!!YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I’ve visited Service a couple of times now and have been assisted by Yosh. He is incredible at knowing what style would best suit your body and sizing. We’ve all had experiences of feeling a little deflated when shopping and that’s how I felt when I walked in on Monday. But with Yosh, I always walk away feeling great and that’s why I’ll keep on returning. Thank you so much!
