MacCotter Termite & Pest Control
Been using this small family business for the last 7 years and wouldn't use anyone else for our pest control. Jackson, Jazz and Ben are friendly, flexible, considerate and punctual - always, no exceptions. They provide a fabulous service; excellent customer service and plenty of dog pats when they turn up to your property (as they are dog lovers too). Oh, and I've not had any issues with pests for the last 7 years so whatever they use for pest control actually works!

Our whole family has been using Maccotter Termite and Pest Control for years now without a complaint. Jazz and Jackson are always friendly, on time and thorough. We recently renovated and unearthed a huge ant problem and Jackson was here within 24 hours of contacting them and I haven't seen an ant, cockroach or spider since!!! Couldn't be happier with the service

The MacCotters installed a termite barrier at my home and have been back twice for inspections and general pest treatments. I've found Jackson and Jazz to be very friendly, reliable, informative and always professional. All-in-all my experience has been very positive and I would highly recommended Jackson and Jazz.

This review is so overdue, but I feel it's important to let people know how good these people are. They are kind, understanding and gracious. They are animal lovers so that even their rodent treatment is quick (not drawn out so that the animal suffers like it could with off-the-shelf brands). Their service is impeccable, they are experts and get the job done efficiently. Their after-service is awesome too. Honestly (hand on heart), I have no hesitation in recommending MacCotter Termite & Pest Control. For me, I wouldn't choose anyone else. Many many thanks, Jazz and Jackson.

I have used MacCotter Termite & Pest Control recently after searching for a number of termite protection companies online which can be quite confusing. Jackson was extremely thorough in explaining how he would protect the property and seemed very knowledgeable. Jazz and Jackson were so kind that they even worked out an installment plan on weekly basis for me such that I could arrange for the sufficient funds. There pricing was extremely reasonable and I'm very happy with the service, communication and the detail of work they have provided. We have had Jackson and Jazz look after all our termite and pest control needs for about a decade now and we couldn't be happier. Dealing with a family run business means it's always Jazz and Jackson themselves that do the booking and inspections/treatment. Not only do they deliver a consistently high standard of work, but they are lovely people who are a pleasure to deal with, and we are lucky to have developed a wonderful relationship with them both over the years. Highly recommend!!!
