I gave this company several attempts to rectify the situation and they just fail every single time!In 7 months, I have been assigned 11 cleaners! Each one as bad as the next. Basically this company sends out a job request and whoever picks it up is whoever picks it up. Very minimal monitoring between “agency” and employee.I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and care for their work. You would not think it would be hard to find a decent cleaner but if this company is anything to go by, they clearly do not exist!

What the cleaner cleans is cleaned fairly well. I do seriously doubt my cleaner is working the 2 hours in my home that I pay for though. Dust builds up in corners and nooks. If the cleaner was spending 2 hours on my small 1 bedroom apartment there would be no dust. She has also cancelled on the day or when she has turned up while I was home unexpectedly. Plus the last two time she's clean while I'm home she's only spent 1 hour at my house. I'm not completely dissatisfied with the work but there could be a hell of a lot more pride and due diligence put into my cleaning job.

Absolute Domestics located a cleaner quickly for us. She has been a reliable and competent cleaner. The website is easy to use, they regularly check in that we are happy with the service and always confirm if we have skipped a week due to holidays etc. I will use this company again and have recommended them to others.

Had the worst experience with this company. Cleaner was booked for 3 hours, in that time all she did was break a glass statue and, barely any cleaning done. When we asked about a refund for the item she broke, she told us to take it up with “head office”.Head office was a useful as a chocolate teapot, offered to refund us 1hour and wanted proof of cost for the item.The main thing we wanted was an apology and a decent cleaner. Word of advice, recruit for quality not quantity - the cleaner was useless, careless and showed no remorse, accountability or responsibility for what she did.

Kerri has been cleaning our house for years and she is just wonderful. She sees what needs to be taken care of each fortnight and just does it without me having to ask. I don't know what we would do without her! She as recommended to us by friends, and we have happily recommended her to other friends of ours too.Absolute Domestics are also great, they request feedback on a regular basis and offer a replacement cleaner if Kerri is on leave.
