First impression was very good, very clean and sanitary. However, many problems with the machines themselves. The major issue is that the machines have a tendency to take the money that you insert and not work leaving you empty-handed with no money or clean clothes.

I had an issue with the washing machines taking my money and then not proceeding to work. I messaged the phone number as instructed in the laundromat and never received a response. Very poor customer service.Only 5 washing machines, only 1 is a “large” size.

Clothes where still soapy after paying $10 to wash and it cost us $40 to do a bag of washing( Washed and Dryed ) the most expensive of anywhere I have been in Australia!!
