I contacted Mario to get rid of the mould situation in my unit which had gotten out of hand because of all this rain NSW has been having.I could tell already on the phone that he has a good work ethic, is helpful and proactive.So we arranged for him to do the job the next day.He arrived on time and got straight to work while giving me helpful tips on how to prevent future mould outbreaks.Not only did he do an excellent job with removing the mould from the ceilings with an expensive organic solution, he did the kitchen ceiling and an extra part of the living room ceiling for free.He also gave me some extra solution in case the mould starts to creep back again.This shows that he is generous and is not just about the bottom line" but demonstrates a care for his clients.He also suggested a dehumidifier and other tips for preventing mould.He was friendly

I contacted Mario to ask for help in removing mould from some Luxaflex Pirouette blinds installed about 4 years ago. He was courteous and after a few questions quickly provided a quote. On the day of the clean, he called to advise arrival time and arrived punctually. Most importantly he did an amazing job cleaning the blinds and removing as much mould and dirt as he possibly could. Some of the mould was too old to get rid of and I appreciated Mario's honesty in explaining to me the risks of cleaning these delicate blinds. Because he specialises in this area, he also provided advice about using a dehumidifier to help with moisture build up in our house. The blinds now look like new, even the one that had the most mould looks incredible. Thank you Mario for professionalism and great service!

After more than 5 quotes from other companies, I was really impressed with Mario's questions about the roller blinds, when I asked about having them cleaned. He was knowledgeful and dedicated to ensure he had the information needed to set my expections that he couldn't do magic, on blinds that are over 15 years old. He was on time, didn't make any mess, and did an excellent job, while notifying me that the crease is something to keep an eye on, as it could tear in the future.
