Love Berrimah Chemist Warehouse. The Pharmacists are friendly, helpful,with effective communication and knowledgeable about the products. The counter staff are so friendly in particular the lady from Spain. Being disabled she came out of checkout to carry my goods in the counter. The security guard today was also helpful, helping me get through door (I'm disalbed). Always a great experience at that store, thanks Ros Miller

Waited 30 min on them to get my medication, only 2 boxes, all they did is talk to other staff, were very rude to customers

Very disappointing experience, I came to declare my document and was told that the pharmacist on duty was not able to verify mydocument for no reason, and asked me to come tomorrow as the other pharmacist might help. Anyway, I can see the pharmacist was pretty “busy” chatting with the college. Too disappointed at Chemist warehouse as a regular customer

Just drove here from the Northern suburbs to pick up an item that the young girl said they had, get here and no stock .... no stock in the computer which is where she would have found the information. Pick up your game!!!

Last night before going to the store we googled the opening hours which state they close at 9pm. So when we got to the store we were very annoyed that it was closed with a sign on a door saying it closed at 7pm.You need to update your google hours immediately!!! So frustrating.

Absolutely useless. Went in here to buy a RAT test for someone in isolation so they would be able to leave iso. The rude Indian man behind the counter told me that they no longer sell rat test to the general public, only to people with consession cards.Following this we went to chemist warehouse in Durack, where they had sold out for the day but the lady told us what the guy at the Berrimah branch was total baloney.WILL NOT be going back to this branch. Far nicer and more honest people at other locations.
