Friendly staff and Excellent service, my dogs love this place, definitely recommend for day care and grooming

Kenji my French bulldog had absolutely the best time!We went for the first time on Monday and then actually came back the very next day as kenji had so much fun.When we returned, he was running down the street to get to the front and was tapping on the glass to try and get in.We loved the instagram updates / reels during the day too.

We went for holiday and have booked place at Spoilt Rotten Dogs and Kobe was very well look after. Happy with their servcie and I would recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you again.

Love this place. It’s a life- and sanity-saver for owners of active, small dogs, especially on rainy days!. My dog comes home exhausted and happy. Whenever we go back, she strains on her leash and wags her tail with excitement at the front door. She can’t wait to get inside to play with friends. I just wish they opened 30 minutes earlier on weekdays or could offer all-day parking.

Please if you have your dog here get it out immediately. This place shouldn't even be open. I booked these kennels for 8 days months ago for my 2 senior dogs one is also diabetic so after making sure they could look after a diabetic dog and his medications l was told not one but 3 different times over the phone that they could. When we arrived we had dogs walk around car park and saw a locked garage we heard many dogs barking from that garage. Said to hubby will check where our boys will be staying walked around to front of building to find it was a shop front girl answered the door she had 4 small dog's in the shop front with no play equipment no water nothing l asked girl who would be looking after our dog's medication she rang her boss who was apparently getting lunch at 11am. I asked to see where my dogs would be and question was ignored and boss was on phone who then told me no they didn't do medication their staff members were wrong. I said ok and asked girl if she knew of another kennel she then informed me she didnt know and didnt drive. What if there was a emergency so no way to transport animal. Why was the garage full of barking dogs. Why was onwer not on premises knowing a new booking was coming in and why were 4 dogs in shop front but many in the back in locked garage why aren't staff capable of knowing what services this business does. I am taking this further.

Disgusting service, unable to handle a nervous dog with care or concern. Clearly in this business for the $$$ and not the love of dogs. Go elsewhere if you love your pet

My cavoodle regularly visits for doggy day care and loves it. The proof is she is so excited when we arrive of a morning, she can’t wait. The team are always very friendly and caring, we’ve been coming for 2 years now and very happy. Thanks team for everything you do

Thanks so much to the team for looking after my little girl while I was away. It was comforting to know that my pup was being well looked after and in good hands. Took my little guy over for a trial and it was great. And the staff was lovely and easy to deal with. I will definitely be going there when I need him to be looked after!
