Simmark Southern Highlands

Since moving to Bowral Simmark is servicing our air-conditioning as well as our Rinnai gas heater. We had gas heater serviced in Sydney, but, never ever as thoroughly as this company. I want to thank Simmark for wonderful staff and very reasonable charge; honest and highly recommended professional. These people are good and over the years, whilst in accounting practice, we have seen it all. Thank you Simmark.

An extremely impressive team all round - very highly recommended. Simmark recently completed a complicated job for our new home consisting of a large solar system (over 3 large and steep roofs) and Tesla batteries plus 2 separate ducted air con systems. The project had quite a few challenges but Simmark consistently tackled each one and came out with an impressive result. These guys are not your run of the mill electricians, from small jobs to huge jobs I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be doing just that whenever the opportunity presents. If you're in the Southern Highlands I honestly wouldn't even bother with anyone else - we approached several and are very glad we went with Simmark. Thanks very much Mark, Henry and team!

I had a complete CCTV system installed that was well priced and installed very quickly from date order was placed. A big thanks to Chris and the entire team at Simmark for the excellent service provided as they are all very easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Simmark North Nowra. I wanted a good air conditioning throughout the house, Joel made a site visit and recommended models that ticked all the boxes.Four technicians were prompt and on time ( Josh Rhys Black & Jake) and installed all 3 units in a timely and professional manner. From the very first call to Simmark to the interaction with the guys on installation day, this business was nothing but professional in everything they done. The quote for the supply and install of a new Daikin Air Conditioner was well priced and Mark answered all my questions regarding the quote. On the day of installation, the 2 guys had exceptional customer service skills, were friendly and very knowledgeable. The guys kept the surgery tidy and noise levels were kept to a minimum. They also checked in with me to ensure that the unit placement, hoses and drainage were installed as requested. 2 great employees that should be acknowledged for their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Simmark installed our new Solar system today. Winaico panels and Sunny Boy inverter. The customer service has been excellent from the initial quotation and answering all our questions, to the technicians professionalism on the day. We have the monitoring set-up and are currently watching the production (and our savings!) Very happy, will be recommending to everyone I know!

Simmark was my third attempt at just trying to get someone to return my phone call, and their admin staff were wonderfully efficient, with the very knowledgeable and professional young men turning up on time on the day and really doing a thorough job. The weather has been cold enough to test out the heating but not the cooling yet, and on those chilly nights we were toasty. Even after servicing from other companies in past years, it has not worked as well as it has since Simmark serviced it. I thoroughly recommend Simmark for any aircon requirements!

The team at Simmark replaced our 25 year old ducted gas heating system with a Daiken reverse cycle air-conditioner which involved removing all the old and installing new ducting and replacing the outlets. We couldn't be happy with the result. The team did a great job with everything going very smoothly and with no fuss or mess. The cooling of our house in the recent extremely hot days was faultless. The Simmark team were very professional from quoting right through to installation and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had ducted aircon installed yesterday, Bo Jacob and Josh turned up right on time!! They were professional, neat, efficient and well mannered. I was particularly impressed how the older guys spoke to their young charge, encouraging him throughout the process. It didn't take them long to be ready for Dave to get the power on and I was immediately impressed with our new airconditioning, so quiet and warm. Good job SIMMARK highly recommend your work.

I met the Simmark team after buying a property in the Southern Highlands. I inherited an electric underfloor heating system and reverse cycle air conditioning so was keen to look at solar energy. Of the various companies that quoted for the job, Simmark stood out. They visited the site talked through the options I had (even talked me out of a battery) and responded to my subsequent questions on the proposal.Having chosen them for the work, they installed a 10kW / 3 phase system over the space of two days leaving me with a neat and unobtrusive solar solution. Subsequently, when I was having difficulty getting my energy supplier to upgrade the meter (they wanted to do about $800 worth of completely unnecessary work to my switchboard), the Simmark team engaged with the supplier, spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them and ultimately attended my house during the meter upgrade to make sure it went smoothly.I can't recommend this team highly enough. They have won all my electrical and a/c business from hereon in.
