We loved the display home in Kellyville BUT it was not representative of what was built. Reality is cracked tiles, leaking roof, cracked render, creaking floors and stairs, water damaged joinery, 3 leaking shower screens, leaking windows, dark red timber floor with white paint lines and more. Long delays waiting for external contractors to finish other jobs. (They don't have their own trades.) Denis wants us to be fair to him, so ask him for our contact details, come and see our house and assess for yourself.Horizon Homes - the greater the distance, the better they look.

Like most people, I was overwhelmed and fearful of choosing the right builder to place my trust in to build our families’ dream home. By the time we left , we knew we had finally found the right builder to place our trust in to build our home.From start to finish, Horizon Homes demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the design and construction process, the director of Horizon Homes, Denis, worked closely with myself and my wife to ensure that every aspect of our family’s needs and preferences were incorporated in the build. Denis listened carefully to our ideas and provided valuable insights and suggestions to help us make the best possible decisions.The quality of the workmanship was truly exceptional. Every aspect of the home, from the foundation to the finishing touches, was executed with precision and care. Ruben, our Site Supervisor, kept us informed throughout the construction process, regularly updating us on progress and addressing any concerns that arose. Most importantly, all communication was followed up by email and variations documented so there was no surprises.Perhaps most impressively, Denis and his team demonstrated a commitment to excellence that extended well beyond the completion of our home. They followed up with us after the move-in to ensure that everything was functioning properly and that we were completely satisfied with the final product. Overall, I cannot recommend Horizon Homes highly enough. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart from the other builders I researched. We love our new beautiful home and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.Thank you Horizon Homes for building us such a wonderful home!
