Star Car Wash - Westfield Belconnen

I used these guys 3 years ago and with the same price got a sparkling clean car which smelled like strawberries. Used them again on Saturday with a different car, and got it back dirtier than what I gave her! The mats were stained with something brown and wet that definitely wasn’t there before. I think all that was done is wash the exterior with a hose and wipe some of the interior. Very disappointed

Had the Star Polish done but ended up with swirly scratch marks all over the paint. Car looks horrible. Complained to the Star Carwash helpline but they just palmed it off to the franchise and franchise never called. Finally I called them and they refused to take any responsibility for it and said we don't see why that would have happened here. Will never be using the again and don't recommend Star Carwash for anyone.

Paid for a full detail $275 but had to spend 30 mins after pick up to rectify the job they had done. No value for money and they just say said sorry for the bad experience and left, infact the guy was complaining about how bad the job was done by his colleague.It was convenient for me thinking it was in the shopping center so I can spend the time in there while the car was being washed but later realized there are many car washes near the shopping center where I can drop for a wash and Walk to the shopping center. Complete waste of my money.

Got my car washed and detailed last week. The service and quality of the work was outstanding. I haven’t seen the car looking that good in a long time. Well done guys. Happy customer.

I made an 8am booking, to which no one was there. I had to leave just after 8 due to another commitment. I contact the number at 7:56am to which I was told to be patient and he was on his way. There were other things conversed about such as the 8am booking is to make the customer happy because they don’t normally open until 9am. It’s actually 8:30am.I was unable to return until just before 9am, where I had to reexplain the situation. They took my car keys and within 10 minutes I was called to tell me they couldn’t complete the service as it wasn’t fair on the workers. I went to question this and I was told they couldn’t discuss it any further and therefore I hung up. I received a text message to tell me hanging up wasn’t helping the situation.I can not be more disgusted with the way the situation was handle.

I would not recommend his service!! We booked in for a full detail at $330 … on pick up after an inspection I asked them to clean the side mirror as it’s hadn’t been cleaned, re wipe the back seat at there was spray marks from their cleaning products and to clean the back passenger window as it was still dirty …. When we inspected the car further when we got home …. We found polish on the car which hadn’t been polished off , the side kick on the passenger side still had dirt on it , the rear wiper was covered in dirt and so was the window under the wiper , bugs still on the bonnet and windscreen …. I could go on but definitely not anywhere near what I would have expected for $330 !!!! I have sent a query to this business regarding my issues, they have not returned a call or email - terrible service and after service!!

A bit disappointed! I paid for the full detailing service $304. I made sure I vacuumed before taking it in so I was expecting quite a good clean for my money. At first inspection I was like OMG...oh ok." They obviously used A LOT OF polish inside the car and somehow only washed the car without wiping it

Always do a good job and are fairly quick. Also affordable and the staff is really friendly… this is the only place I wash my car.

Worst $110 dollars ever spent. Said it is a mkni detail with polish but even the exterior wash was not done correctly. As if they didnt use a pressure wash. Absolutely the worst car wash ever got.
