Brook Tom and his team were awesome. Cut 5 tall palms and some branches near power lines all in about 50mins and that included cleaning up. They cleaned up my mum's yard so that it looked better than before they came out. Arrived on time and everything went so smoothly. They were all so professional and treated my mum with such respect. She's almost 94yrs and some people disregard the elderly but not this team. Thank you so much everyone involved.

Unprofessional and unresponsive after I accepted their quotation. The crew did not turn up as scheduled. When I rang was told the job had been double booked and I was cancelled. Waited four days before I was advised of another booking. Again I accepted and again I waited. The crew did not turn up and nobody phoned. I cancelled the job and would not recommend them. I would have appreciated honesty rather than wasting time.

I had the team from Australian Tree Services come and remove some tricky large trees, clear limbs around the powerlines/the house and a general tidy up at my place. They did a fantastic job and left the place is as clean as a whistle. Quick/reasonable quote, on time for the day organised, professional, courteous and great communication. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent service. Called and emailed two other companies first with no response. Eddie came out within the hour and did the free quote, with helpful suggestions for tidying up a large tree. They were out a few days later to remove about 10 large plants and a leopard tree, removed a large branch overhanging a hedge without damage, trimmed a large tree and removed about 25 stumps with the grinder. Would definitely get them back and recommend them to others.
