I have reconnected with my Hoy's fitness classes which I had just started when Covid put a halt to them and after a two-year hiatus I was starting to feel like a 70-year-old car with sand in its engine. In the few months since reconnecting I have noticed an immense improvement in my health and mobility. As a Type 2 diabetic the muscle building and cardiovascular exercises have delivered a definite decline in my blood sugar levels and my mobility has improved in leaps and bounds. The guided classes overseen by the qualified exercise physiologists are tailored to each and every participant and anyone starting to feel like that 70-year-old car would do themselves a favour by checking out Hoy's classes.
