We were purchasers of an older home and after two winters with multiple leaks we realised we needed help. We contacted about ten contractors for a quote and some told us we could solve the problem by replacing a few hundred tiles whilst others said we needed a complete re-roof. We couldn’t work out who to believe until we met Tim. From the get-go, he was honest, professional, diligent, reliable, helpful, hardworking and an all-round nice guy and we found these qualities consistently in every interaction with him. Even before we decided to go with Tim, he gave so much time during the quote and questions stage to give us complete reassurance. We eventually booked our re-roof to be done right before Christmas and there were a few hurdles to overcome but Tim took it all in his stride and quickly found solutions. He was an excellent communicator at all times, guided us through every stage and did an amazing job lining up his team and other trades to schedule – they all got in and worked hard in the extreme heat and some days all the other guys had knocked off but Tim would stay back on his own for a couple of extra hours to get more done and tidy up – a testament to his work ethic and high level of service. We were impressed that even though he is the boss, Tim himself put in the hard yards and was on site at all times (as opposed to being the guy who provided the quote and then disappeared). He also sent us photos from up on the roof each day so we could see how it was all progressing. Overall, Tim went above and beyond what we expected. We couldn’t be happier with our new and quality terracotta tiled roof and will forever be grateful to Tim and his team. For any roofing issues in Perth where you would like nothing but a positive experience, Tim is definitely the one to call!

Tim did a great job repairing the roof, and replacing a whole heap of tiles that got broken during the solar panel installation. Was responsive and helpful throughout and we were really happy with the quality and the price.
