Perfectly located in a quiet, close to town location. Beautifully appointed, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Private courtyard was lovely. Price was spot on. Owner is a very kind and helpful person. Will stay here again and 100% recommend. 10/10

Stayed several night at Benson House and would recommend to others.Extremely comfortable and very well appointed with a very high quality renovation. Ray is an outstanding and welcoming host and supplies a delicious light continental breakfast. The location is very good in a quiet street surrounded by quality period homes, and very close to the Police Station. I plan to rebook at Benson when working in the area again.

The experience I had staying in the Benson Lodge was amazing.The room was in fantastic condition and also includes breakfast facilities, microwave, TV and much much more.The room was extremely clean and very practically set up and cosy.I will definetly be staying at the Benson Lodge again and recommend others do too!

We had a lovely quiet 2 night stay. Ray couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating and really made us feel at home. Very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

We stayed at Benson House for only one night and wished we had more time to enjoy Benalla. The accommodation was was great. Really comfy bed, simple elegant bathroom and a lovely relaxing space. I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The place had all that we needed (crockery and cutlery) and then some (breakfast items, salt and pepper, etc.) The outside area was lovely and private, and Ray the host was extremely friendly. We were going to stay a second time on our trip back, except the place was already booked! Would recommend to others.

We stayed one night in Benson House on our way through Benalla and in Benson Lodge on our return trip. Both properties are fabulous. Very clean, crisp linen, spotless bathrooms and it's the small touches like fresh flowers, a continental breakfast, and some of the comforts of home that are so appreciated. The location is in a tree lined street, very quiet and private. The beds are really comfortable and we had such a good night's sleep. The hosts Ray and Liz are wonderful which made the whole experience of staying here so much better than a local motel.

Benson lodge was a lovely little unit with everything I needed! The backyard was lovely and with room to have my 4wd vehicle under cover and locked away. Nice enjoyable walk to the Main Street. Will definitely be staying here again!!
