Alarm sensors placed where convenient and not where practical.Left bit of a mess when drilling into aluminium. Drillings were found in lamp bulb sockets.Used a hammer and chisel to cut into cornice leaving an unsightly hole albiet a small hole which requires tidying up.A small saw would have left a neat finishBatteries going flat after 3 months.I had the general impression the workers didn't care or take pride in the work they were doingNo, I wouldn't use SMS again.

SMS installed a salto system in a small apartment block a few years ago.Now a few years down the track we want to get some replacement tags and we are told we can’t unless we spend several thousand dollars to buy the software and encoder ourselves .Do not let these guys stitch you up

I have never delt with a company that has such rude staff. Charging huge call out fees and not fixing the problems. This has happened on multiple occasions with me!Don't waste your time on this company. They don't seem capable.
