Disgusting experience the man running the automatic carwash was rude obnoxious and had no idea what he was doing. Didn’t know how to operate the payment method and when i completed the payment myself he was a horrid man. Proceeded to tell me i didnt know what i was doing and raised his voice waking my baby and saying degrading sexist comments. Never ever use this service

No pre soak, poor pressure and the most annoying automatic payment system.I’ve used self car washes throughout Australia and this would be the worst self service wash yet.As others have mentioned, you’ll get as good a job by using a garden hose.

Just went in for a quick wash for $15 and came out with the same result as if I just ran my hose over the car. Everything is still completely dirty. Total waste of money. The one off Kennedy Drive is 1000% better, it actually cleans your car! Would have given it a no star rating if I could.

The ‘auto’ car wash is the worst car wash I’ve been through. It was unmanned at the time. When I said something the next time I went, the grumpy old mans response was rude and offensive.Now that I’ve used the other auto washers and the diy ones in the area, carlovers at tweed have the worst water & product quality around

I find the older man working there to be good. He comes out and helps as well as running a sudsie broom over my car and wheels before the laser wash.However the younger man I don't think wants to work.

Went through the auto wash. The guy said they were starting with new chemicals that day. $15 later my car has about the same quality of clean as if I just used the garden hose. Pointless waste of money.

Machine took my money and gave me nothing in return. Not even a phone number to contact for help! I expect a refund on principle!

First time to ever use a carwash. Thought they were for lazy people. But it was great. Had two guys soap up the car. Then went through the wash. Had the works done on the car. Definitely will be back again

Needs updating,But still functioning.Apart from the steep driveway trying to remove my exhaust.NO i dont use the dirty brush to scratch my paint, just pressure wash only.
