We could not be happier with our new lounge room - the sandstone fireplace and bar design are perfect. The whole renovation blends with the rest of the house so it looks like it’s been there forever. Jason is an sensational project manager and Dave is a 10/10 tradesman as are all the trades who worked to bring the project together. In short the Cadence experience has been outstanding.

We recently completed a major renovation of our beachfront apartment with Cadence & Co. We engaged Cadence & Co to undertake a new home office and from there we have moved to a cellar, a fireplace and an outdoor BBQ. We cant be more impressed with not only the quality of the work, but the quality and engagement from the multiple trades that we have interacted with. We are beyond elated with every job, from the joinery to the tiling, to the electrical and gyprock works. Craftmanship in the design and our project manager and foreman. We recently done a major exterior makeover on our home with Cadence, from design to construction. Professional people, professional finish, loving the end product. Details and fine touches made a big difference.Charges and billings were transparent. We paid a small fee to get a detailed quote done at the start. We were hesitant at the beginning on how realistic it was going to be but it proved to be an honest estimate. We had allocated a budget and the last thing we wanted was a blowout.Highly recommended.

Hi. We used Cadence in 21/22 to do a major refurbishment at our house. This was not an easy job with Covid, rain and the potential for supply issues at the start of the project - something all Sydney projects faced at that time. With their expertise and team work the project was delivered on time and to budget - happy family and cats. We are pleased to welcome our friends and family to benefit from a fantastic quality job.

Two years on from our front yard and garage renovations and we are more thrilled than ever with the results. Prior to the renovation I hated the front of my house so much I stopped looking at it but now it looks like my dream house. Cadence and Co delivered the whole lot- from design, to building, project managing and now maintaining. The double garage has replace the dilapidated single garage and the landscaping enhances our California bungalow. Our latest experience with Cadence is the joinery in our family room completed just before Christmas last year. Every single tradesman who came into our home was professional and skilled. I now have the functional storage I need as well as loving the way it looks.I’m now plotting a backyard “tweak” so will be back in contact with Cadence’s small works department to get the ball rolling.
