Timbarra is a fantastic Estate in Beveridge! The plan for the area (a huge area mind you) is delightful, and the prices are fantastic! Prime location with decent sizes blocks. Definitely will grow in value for all investors.The service of Nick is great! He always responsive on the phone even on the weekends. All clients love him. It is great to have a such a thorough and patience agent and we are looking forward to more new release!

Not sure why you'd call this Timbara when there's another huge Timbara over in Berwick since the 1990's. Don't they check plaace names?

Be CAUTIOUS and think twice. We have been waiting since long and every week we have new timeline. We don’t know how to plan finances. Alkyra is next door and being also built by same civil construction company and they are far ahead and near to finish. And alkyra wasn’t event there when we paid for land in timbara. Seems management lost control over their processes and building civil contractor BILD group is doing something inappropriate if you see both the projects. Nick is happy to answer but he sounds helpless because I guess management has got no updates or is being failed repeatedly to get information from BILD group on the entire process. Go for oranya or alkyra it’s much better option.

Do not buy here! We put a deposit down on a block 19 months ago being told it would title in 12 months from date of purchase. They are liars and will do anything for a sale! I've tried to get my money back but to no prevail! 19 months later they still don't even have the permits! We ended up buying in Mandalay, It titled on time and we've been in our new house since April. Don't be scammed by these idiots!
