Poor customer service by Anna instore on 6/11/18. Had to keep asking for assistance and no one else in shop. No knowledge of current promotion either. I love Sheridan range of products.

Ordered two sets sheets. One was delivered. The 1000 count king bed set was on sale and ordered at $333. Did not arrive. First knew they weren't sending when got PayPal refund. Called them. Sorry out of stock. I said can you send them when they come in ? No they said we don't know when that set will arrive.A week later they were advertising the same set as in stock but at $410.Thanks for nothing Sheridan.

Sheridan is the only shop in Mosman. This Manchester store has a great sense of hospitalty, you could almost hang out all day surrounded by beatiful berlin linen. I believe the garden out the back would be mosmans best kept secret if they had a little popup coffee kart...one day. Pop in and see the loveliest of ladies for a hand in picking your new art for your new bedroom.
