The best service ever!! The receptionists and the dentist are always welcoming, friendly, gentle and calm. The dentist always explained exactly what was wrong and what I could do. I have been there a few times and I always satisfied with the services there. They are very honest with what they do, and the price is very reasonable. I always recommend this clinic to my friends.

I was reluctant to write this Because I was referred to them by my partner who had the best intentions.But I cannot keep to myself the horror story I'm about to describe. I'm not sure if it was Moses I saw but he was a large set male who had a calm but domineering voice. I was there to get a severely broken tooth removed. I told him that every visit to a dentist I had ever had had been traumatic; He smiled and assured me this would not be the case as he had been doing this for 20 years and to relax. I had two injections; one in the gum that had me screaming in agony. And a second in the roof of my mouth that also had me screaming in agony - to the point of wanting to punch him in the face. He just told me to calm down and that I would be feeling some pushing and shoving as he removed the tooth. He did not tell me that he was going to snap the tooth. This was a back upper molar. Imagine a Glock 9mm hand gun being shot into your skull....well that's pretty much what it felt like having my molar snapped. The injections did nothing to numb the sensation I experienced and I doubt I will ever forget it. The dentist would probably write this off as me being a wimp. But I am far from it. I felt utterly butchered. And abused. He after care advice was a joke. Just take a panadol and no mouthwash "But that's just my experience. Let's see how you go."

Just don't go here. Had to rebook another dentist because of his lousy work.

Dentist lied to rip off. Disgusting experience. Never gonna go again.

I, Peter Son, have been going to Dr Moses Kim’s clinic for as long as I can remember. He is the paragon of professionalism and his calming way of explaining oral and dental health is reassuring and informative. He is gentle and kind, and has the patient’s wellbeing at the front and centre of his mind. Highly recommend.
