Tries to sell knock of/generic inks when you ask for genuine. Not going to try there again. Going to the newsagent who has genuine inks at the best prices in Melton.

I am so angry with the people from this shop. They have absolutely no customer service what so ever. I bought ink from there only 2 days ago to bring it home and realise I didn't need it. I still had the receipt which states refund or exchange within 7 days. I tried to take it back and they refused. With no reason. We dont use the printer enough to even warrant keeping it for later. Next time I will buy a whole new printer rather than ever buying from this place again. I suggest looking elsewhere before buying from these people!

Before I could read the return policy I was told that they'll summarize it, and said if there's something faulty with cartridge the issue will be resolved. One naturally assumes that return with receipt is covered. I went back within 30 minutes to return it because I was skeptical of the brand I had been given, only to be told that my return would not be accepted as that's what it says on the policy, whereas the receipt clearly mentioned 7 day returns allowed.

I wanted to criticise the customer service part but then I realized theres no such part to criticize ( as there was no customer service involved)You go, leave your cartridges, come back after 10mins, pay him $35 and done. Easy, simple, quick and good price!

We purchased an ink cartridge from him by showing him a photo of it, he then sold us the wrong one and would not let us get a refund. As he said it was “change of mind” even though he sold us a product we didn’t ask for! The owner yelled at us, even though he was the one at fault. very disappointed after trying to support a small business

Had a cartridge refilled and when I inserted into my printer the read out stated it was damaged. It was returned and was met by total arrogance. He wouldn't accept it was damaged during the refilling process and I have some doubt it was the cartridge I took to be refilled owing to a sticker on it I didn't recognize. This is the second issue I've had with this business. Never again. I've read the response from the owner and totally reject all he's stated with the exception of advising him I would post a negative review for the reason stated.
