Failed after two years standard running then, seeking a replacement that would fit the plumbing I ended up being bounced around a remarkably indifferent network of resellers. Buy another brand, that's what I did.....

Tried to call to purchase a replacement reltech chlorinator or find a distributor only to be told quite rudely to go to a pool shop.I instead removed the reltech equipment and replaced with another brand!

Terrible - seems like they don't want any business. In reply to my phone query:Them: Call back later."Me: When should I call back?"Them: " Later - maybe in new year" (!!!)"

Thanks heaps to the boys at Reltech for suppling me with all the everything I needed & more over the years... Never had one problem with the service & more importantly the equipment.... You won't find pumps anyway else!

Just don't buy this stuff. Our pool pump is only 3.5 years old and keeps failing. Capacitor failed in the first 12 moths the first time and continuing to have issues.

I just called reltec as i needed advice on flow rates and running times of the pool pump. The product knowledge and courtesy of the staff is outstanding. Very happy, thank you

I have been in the swimming pool industry for some 38 years. My business Clearwater Pool Care is in the 34th year of trading. Pool pumps have changed considerably over this time, pumps are now more stream lined and energy efficient than the older ones.I have been using Reltech as my preferred pool pump for the past 10 or so years and honestly i can't fault them. Sure we have had some warranty calls, the odd capacitor only and Reltech have handled all under warranty no questions asked. The mechanical seal kit and bearings are reliable and long lasting, i have no problems in using in both Domestic and Commercial applications. The Variable speed pumps i have out there in the field have been faultless.

i am very impressed with my pool, I went and saw the guys at Reltech i had dealings with Matt, what a great guy, he guided me through everything i needed for my pool and it works amazingly. I cant begin to explain how great my pool really is . this to me and my family is defiantly a 10/10 in my opinion. Anytime i call with a question they are always happy to assist. Great work guys keep it up . Highly recommended 1000 stars
