Recently purchased some saucony triumphs. Shoe is unwearable due to the right toe plate bending inwards and cutting the big toe. I cannot get a refund but I wanted to warn others. I will be going back to Hoka.

Refused a refund/replacement in breach of Australian Consumer Law despite goods being faulty and not fit for purpose ($149 shoes had been worn for less than 6 months and used only on concrete).The staff member insisted that no refunds could be issued after 60 days or once the shoes had been worn even if the shoes were faulty (this is also unlawful).Currently awaiting a response from head office, otherwise I will be pursuing a VCAT claim.

Untrained, rude & unprofessional staff, with no idea about the product, price, stock availability etc. Not willing to help out with offering other options either.

Small shop with the right stuff, and nice staff. I bought some shoes (Endorphin Speed 2's), and an hour later I ran a PB. Coincidence? Maybe. Probably.Either way thanks for the shoes. See you at Paris 2024.
