Was about to buy 3 bikes, the kid who assisted us was very helpful. But the other 2 adults were so arrogant. Too bad they lost some sales. Didn't feel like spending my money there.

The attention and service was outstanding. As a newbie rider at 62, the team were so supportive. I absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to understand what kid of bike they been as a newbie rider (at any age). Thanks guys.

The service is pretty good, but the child seat recommended by the clerk does not match the back seat of the bicycle. They said it was because I don’t know how to install it, and they asked me to take it to the store for installation, but when I got it to the store for installation, this problem also appeared. It didn't get resolved, and then they replaced me with a normal seat, which was $100 different from my original seat, and when it came to refunding the difference, I was refused on the grounds that there was a service fee for my installation, first of all, The mismatch between the child seat and the bicycle was not intentional, nor was it because I didn’t know how to install it, and it existed objectively. Secondly, I didn’t return the product, I just exchanged it. The difference in the price of the replacement was rejected for such a reason.

Excellent customer service. Took my bikes in for their first service very late and with damage (son) and they fixed them straight away and didn't charge. Definitely will only go to this store for any further services or purchases. Rare to find a business that works like this nowadays.

Excellent customer service. Caleb was super helpful with multiple test rides, choosing the right bike, and then setting up my brand new bike.

I'm very disappointed with the service provided to my bike (standard service and front flat tube replacement). They charged me $160+ for less than 30min work on my bike and did a terrible job.My front tube which was flat replaced with a different valve. I had a large one (schrader) and the new tube is a smaller one (presta). This means I now have 2 valve systems between the front and back wheel and need a new bike pump or adapter. This is a small detail but annoying. On top of that they didn't even check if the tyre was in good working order. It was not, there was a large slice on the side which means the tire popped as soon as I took it for a ride after the service...The frame wipe down" was very poorly executed if done at all (see pictures attached) a simple wet wipe takes off the remainder black spots.The bike was in great working order and only needed a small fine-tuning of the gear selector

We dropped our 4 bikes off for service today 30/6/23 and upon pickup we noticed a few things that needed attention. I would like to thank Ron in the service department who immediately stopped what he was doing and helped us rectify issues without question. We felt blessed to have him there to go through each bike with us and explain the issues and then rectifying them without hesitation. Ron you were polite, studious and importantly restored our faith in the brand. It's been ages since I rode and came in to grab a bike to commute to work. Caleb was fantastic, he walked me through many bikes and assisted with all my questions.It's rare to find great customer service these days but Caleb and the team at 99 bikes went over and above. For this reason I will be shopping with 99 bikes again and will return soon to by my mrs a new bike.Thanks
