Termico Pest Management

went with these guys last year for a general pest control, paid $195 and they just sprayed the exterior of the house which my partner and I were happy with and seemed to keep the bugs out. decided to try booking again for this year, they said the service cost had increased and it would be $230 for exterior spray, plus roof treatment and roach gel spots placed inside the house. I agreed to book at this stage, but I called back soon after (got a different lady) to I ask is there a cheaper option where we can get just the exterior spray with no treatment inside the house, this lady said there is a $200 option but it would only cover for spiders. (shouldn't an exterior spray cover all crawling insects I thought? sounded weird.) she also mentioned that the interior service should have been included in the service last year, and claimed it was written in the notes that they had placed gel spots inside my house last year, when they definitely didn't even come into my house at all! I started getting suspicious at this point that we were probably ripped off last year and decided to discuss with my partner, who also agreed things sounded sus. Called back a 3rd time to ask more questions (different lady again) who said that the $200 spray only covered the upper half of the exterior house, which the 2nd lady had failed to mention!! All this conflicting information made me too uncomfortable to go with Termico again this year, have gone with Tom's Pest Control who seem far more transparent with their services and have even agreed to match pricing with Termico. sorry will probably not use your services again.

Termico performed an inspection, spot treatments and barrier protection for us a year ago. Very pleased with the professional service and outcome of the treatment. Highly recommended. These guys are a relief to me after previous poor experience with another pest control company.

Fantastic experience with the gentleman who came to perform my termite inspection today. He took immense care, covering his shoes when inside and using drop sheets beneath the ladder to investigate the roof space. He also sprayed for spiders - taking care to move my puppy’s water bowl and tennis balls out of harms way before doing so. Fantastic care taken every step of the way!

Please be vary of their dodgy warranty. I had to fight to get a correct warranty.Also note they are on ACCC website for similar issue and complaint on dodgy warranty statements dated Apr2015.Keep an eye out and dont be afraid to claim what yours is rightful.

After booking for a quote everything being organised then to be rung up on the Thursday the day before they were due to come they told me they don't service my area, I waited a week for the them to come out to do the quote so needless to say not impressed at all I have also notified RAC to let them know they don't service all areas.

Had my place sprayed for crickets yesterday. I thought when the guy came, he would spend a good time going around the house and spraying. Instead when he arrived he asked me where the problem areas were so he could spray them. I was a bit surprised by this. I explained to him they were everywhere and in particular down the sides of the house outside my bedroom window, making it difficult to sleep at night. He put on his small backpack of spray and away he went - I was shocked when he was finished in 20 minutes and was bashing at my door awaiting the $195 payment. He told me there would be increased activity as they went away to die and he had seen plenty. When he left I walked outside and couldn't see any. So now it's just after midnight and here I am awake because there's a bunch of crickets noisy outside my bedroom window. My advice is do the spray treatment yourself, don't waste $195. At least you know you'll be thorough with spraying.

Strongly not recommended this services, They cancel my home termite protection treatment in the last minutes, The customer service responded me with angry tones. And they asked me to pay 30% cancellation fees and but only when I arguing she said they will waive the fee. Sorry, I don't usually post negative reviews even if I am not happy but this is my first negative reviews.
