Great experience with Grand Realty, the sales agent Rebecca worked so hard to get the best price possible.Rebecca is professional in all aspects, from communication and updates to knowledge of the market. Her communication skills with myself as the vendor and with potential purchasers were second to none. She has a great knowledge of the local market and approach to selling our property. My property get destroyed after close to 5 years leasing with this agent. I was not even get told there is major water leaking issue within the apartment as a owner. Now im facing close to 20k renovation bill before the next possible lease.HOW is that even possible as a property owner i was not be told there is a major issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have to be told by my neighbor that it was get repaired by strata close to 3 years ago.

By far the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. They are a bunch of money hungry pigs who only treat land lords with respect because they pay their bills and treat tenants with absolute disrespect and condescending manner, I was hung up on multiple times when I called to ask for information and help and shouted at by Angela when she thought that the place wasn't 'filthy' cause of a plastic bag in a draw. I would never im my life rent through this agency again, even if it was rent free.
