Origin Driving School

I have been driving in Melbourne for 1 year on overseas license but still I wanted to make sure that I'm not going to fail in the driving test and contacted origin driving school and they spoke to me very polite and took my details. Not more than 10min I got a call from instructor 'David' who was allocated for me. I met him and he was so sweet in approaching the customers. He took me on a trail for 90min and also he helped me in vicroads which I wasn't expecting him to do. He took care of everything from the moment I met him to the moment I got back in my car after the test. He was so helpful and so descent. I would highly recommend origin driving school for anyone who's going to take a driving test to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you David once again for helping me in everything.

Called and told them that I want to book a one lesson first to ensure I am happy with the instructor prior to purchasing more lessons, the guy was so rude and switched attitudes when i said that, i was trying to explain and he just kept talking over the top and interrupting me. I said that im not comfortable buying 5-10 lessons without doing 1-2 lessons ( he said 2 lesson minimum which i was okay with ) before knowing who the person is and he ended up just pushing me off the phone call. Disappointing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible experience from start to finish with this business. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive in trying to make me buy extra lessons (he also hung up on me at one point when I was inquiring about availability). I should have known at this point, but I went ahead with a booking anyways. The driver I was put in touch with was also very forceful in trying to extort the most amount of money from me, as early as possible. I doubt the driver has the capacity to be a good and understanding teacher based off these interactions. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had due to the lack of professionalism and flat out hostility – I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would advise others do the same….

Probably this has been the most gratifying experience in Melbourne! In only three days and an amazing driving teacher I manage to get my full driving licence! For me this was a big challenge and I am very happy I succeeded! Professionals, sharp and experience makes the difference!

Really really bad.Don't offer single lessons. Try to force you into buying 5.
