My name is Wendy. I've been going to Heidrun for 8 mths ( moved 9 mths ago). I have a Bulging Disc, lower back, which I've had for 5 years. I have had Bowen for 5 years now . I saw a top back specialist in Sydney & he said I needed surgery, but there was no guarantee. He then ask how much pain I was in 1/10 I said 2, he said how can that be ( after looking at my MRI ), he then ask what I was doing & I said Bowen Therapy. He said Stick to it. ( I had two Bowen treatments before doc appointment) I've had Bowen now for 5 years, yes I did have to change my life style. I can't play tennis or to much bush & rock climbing, but small price to pay for no surgery. Now I am not saying this is for everyone, its up to you & your doc, but give it a go first. Heidrun has been amazing For Me.She treats you with up most respect.I would highly recommend her for many things, I've sent family , friends to her & they all think she is great & have help them. Heidrun Rodash is by far the best body worker I have found. In only two sessions she did far more for my body than a year of chiropractic work accomplished. She is highly intelligent and knowledgeable. Gentle but firm she quickly identified the area that needed attention first before getting to the root cause of my body problems.
